Event Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the HSMAI Los Angeles, Inc. event! Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing your ticket. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Information

2. Ticket Purchase

  • All tickets are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The ticket price includes admission to the event as described in the event listing.
  • Any additional fees, such as processing fees, taxes, or surcharges, will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

3. Payment

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods specified on our website.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available for cancellations made at least seven (7) days prior to the event.
  • Refunds will be issued for the ticket price minus any processing fees.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the event.

5. Event Changes

  • HSMAI Los Angeles, Inc. reserves the right to change the event schedule, location, or speakers without prior notice.
  • In the event of HSMAI Los Angeles, Inc.'s cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a full refund of the ticket price, including processing fees.

6. Transfer of Tickets

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified in the event details.
  • Any attempt to resell or transfer tickets violating this policy may result in ticket cancellation.

7. Event Conduct

  • All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at the event.
  • HSMAI Los Angeles, Inc. reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates event policies or disrupts the event.

8. Liability

  • HSMAI Los Angeles, Inc. is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
  • Attendees assume all risks associated with participation in the event.

  • Any personal information provided during ticket purchase will be used solely for event-related purposes and in accordance with our privacy policy.
