Craig Carbonniere, Senior Director of Sales at Milestone, Inc., is a hospitality industry veteran who brings an extensive hotel management background to consult for lodging partners, brands, and industry associations. Before becoming a supplier, Craig has managed various hospitality disciplines for Grand Pacific Resorts, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and The Walt Disney Company.
Craig also serves on the Board of Directors for Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and is recognized as a trusted advisor for developing hotel e-commerce strategy.
Bob has over 30 years of leadership experience in hospitality sales and marketing at major hotel chains, both at the property level and in corporate headquarters. Bob has been an opening task force leader for several major hotels and created and implemented sales training programs for property level Directors and Salespeople.
He has been involved in sales and marketing automation, guest-facing technologies, and event presentation technologies, for more than half of his career.
Bob also was part of a team that introduced the first online marketplace for hotels and meeting planners, that ultimately led to a following of planners wanting him to provide event sourcing and meeting planning services to their organizations, which became the foundation of a meeting, and event planning, consulting firm.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, from Miami University, in Oxford, Ohio.
Bob is responsible for Clairvoyix’ business development effort, and the expansion of the Clairvoyix marketing automation platform to help hoteliers solve sales and marketing issues. Bob and his wife reside in Las Vegas near Clairvoyix Corporate Headquarters.

Lily has also worked with major brands, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels, Marriott International, IHG and Hyatt, and various hotel management companies.
In her previous roles, Lily worked in Operations, with positions in Rooms Management and Food & Beverage, giving her a thorough understanding of how both the sales and revenue departments impact hotel operations.
She is a published author in major publications such as Hospitality Technology, Hotel Executive, Hotel Management, Lodging Magazine, Asian Hospitality, Hotel Interactive, and has been a featured speaker for HSMAI, GBTA, and has joined panels at several trade conferences. She also co-hosts the weekly, live show on Hospitality Digital Marketing with Loren Gray.
In recognition of her commitment to providing exemplary service, the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Arizona Chapter named Lily 2015 Revenue Management Professional of the Year.
