She has been a director of revenue management and written and delivered training on the subject in the U.S., Africa, and Asia. She is the author of the study guide and exam for HSMAI’s Certified Revenue Management Analyst certification and an adjunct professor of revenue management at Virginia Tech University. Having started her career in sales and experienced the struggle between revenue management and other disciplines from both sides, she is now on a mission to educate the industry on the subject. Her company, Zwibak Revenue Management, delivers revenue management training for non-revenue managers. She just moved to El Salvador and will continue her mission from Latin America.
