The best kind of guest is one that will keep coming back to you each time they are looking for the service that you offer, this is pretty straightforward. What isn’t straightforward is figuring out how to turn the many different guests that we capture through the dozens of marketing channels we utilize into guests that will book their experience directly through us going forward, and continue to look to us to create that experience for them each time they want that service.
In our next HSMAI event for 2018, we will host a variety of speakers on an expert panel to discuss how SEM and SEO practices can help capture guests high in the booking funnel and drive them into booking directly with you, how to create, set up, and manage a successful loyalty program, and how to design and facilitate a successful digital marketing strategy!
